May 2012 FACE 2012 Exhibition, Cork St, London. Eve was honoured to be asked by the Society of Portrait Sculptors to donate a piece of work for this years’ Friends Prize draw. The piece that Eve has selected is a very popular piece named ‘Alone’ (see image.) If you are interested in winning this sculpture which usually retails at £495, you would need to become a friend to the society, which costs around £25-£35. For more information visit: www.portrait-sculpture.org The Sculpture Park Eve was approached by Eddie Powell The Sculpture Park’s curator and director in September last year, regarding the possibility of showing Matador in his park in bronze. This is a much admired and loved piece in its original fired clay form. Matador is now at the foundry undergoing the lengthy casting process. We are all looking forward to seeing the piece in bronze surrounded by the beautiful setting of The Sculpture Park. Eddie will also be taking the piece to Sotheby’s auction.
